Nature Based Inner-Child Workshop for Parents
Reconnect with the wonder, play and authenticity of your inner child through the healing power of nature. This gentle and experiential workshop invites parents to explore nervous system regulation, somatic healing, mindfulness, and playful connection in the natural world. Through guided activities, reflection, movement, and nature-based practices, participants will deepen their connection to themselves, and they can show up more present and grounded for their families.
This is a free event with an optional donation-based community offering. All donations will be contributed to FOWA (Friends of Wayne Animals) Rescue
Facilitated by Yasmen Faraj, LCSW, CIMHP, owner of Kinda Crunchy Therapy in collaboration with Divine Earth Village. Children welcome with their parents.
Wednesday Forest Fun Drop offs
Each session includes earth skills, learning about the local plants and animals, group games, and space for free play. They’ll head home centered, happy, and just the right amount of muddy.
